PSTET Admit Card 2017 Hall Ticket:

Punjab School Education Board conducted the TET examination as it is mandatory for getting teaching jobs in government schools from Class 1 to Class 8 in Punjab state. The exam is based on National Curriculum Framework. All graduates, including B.A, B.Sc, B.Com etc. are eligible to take the test. All B. Ed. graduates need to pass this exam to work as a teacher. A candidate has to score over 60 per cent to clear the eligibility test. Candidates who had applied can download Punjab TET Admit Card from the official website.

PSTET Exam Pattern 2017:

There are two separate papers – Paper I for classes I to V teacher, and Paper II for classes VI to VIII teachers. PSTET exam pattern for both papers is as follows.

Paper 1: (150 Questions & 150 Marks)

Child development and pedagogy – 30 Questions – 30 Marks
Language I – 30 Questions – 30 Marks
Language II – 30 Questions – 30 Marks
Mathematics 30 Questions -30 Marks
Environmental studies – 30 Questions -30 Marks

Paper 2:

Child development and pedagogy – 30 Questions – 30 Marks
Language I – 30 Questions – 30 Marks
Language II – 30 Questions – 30 Marks
(a) For mathematics and science teacher: Mathematics and Science – 60 Questions – 60 Marks
(b) For social studies / social science teacher: Social Science – 60 Questions – 60 Marks
(c) For any other teacher: either (a) or (b) -60 Questions – 60 Marks
