The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to declare the CBSE Class 10 / X class Supplementary / Compartment exam Result 2015 on 12th August, 2015. CBSE Class 10 (X) Board Supplementary Exam Result 2015:
CBSE board has conducted the class 10 main examination for this year from 2nd March to 26th March, 2015. Lakhs of students had appeared for this examination. A total of 13, 73,853 candidates (8, 17, 941 boys and 5, 55, 912 girls) appeared for class 10 CBSE board examination 2015. The results for the exam were announced on 28th May, 2015. The students who have passed are extremely joyous but those who have not qualified the board examination, sat for the compartment exam which was conducted from July 16 to July 24, 2015. As many as 41,812 students had appeared for the supplementary exams and now waiting for their Results. Now the board is going to announce the CBSE Class 10 Compartment results on August 12, 2015 at www.cbse.nic.in and CBSE results official website cbseresults.nic.in.

CBSE X Class Compartment Result 2015:
Earlier the CBSE used to give marks in percentages. However, from last five years there is a change in the marking scheme of CBSE board examination and has introduced a grading system instead of giving marks in percentages (%). So, the CBSE 10th class supplementary result 2015 will be announced in grading system. The percentage of marks is calculated on the basis of CGPA. The Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA) is nothing but the average of the grade points achieved in all the subjects (excluding additional 6th subject) of the course as per Scheme of Studies of the CBSE Board. Students need to score higher grades in board examination to get passed. CBSE 10th class supplementary result will decide the admission of students into class 11th as per their scoring grades.
