Madhya Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission has released notification for the recruitment of candidates as district managers. There are about 366 vacant positions for which the notification is released. MP SRLM District Manager Recruitment 2017:

The mandate of the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), GoI is a rural poverty alleviation program. The Swarnajayanti Swarojgar Yojana (SGSY) is the Ministry program which focuses on self-employment. This program was launched in the year 1999, by restructuring the Integrated Rural Development Program (IRDP).

In the 10 years of implementing SGSY, there was developed a widespread acceptance in the country of the need for the help of SHGs as a pre-requisite for their poverty reduction. Comprehensive reviews of SGSY have brought in many shortcomings like vast regional variations in mobilization of rural poor; insufficient capacity building of beneficiaries; insufficient investments for building community institutions; and weak linkages with banks In the absence of aggregate institutions of the poor, such as the SHG federations, the poor households could not access higher order support services for productivity enhancement, marketing linkage, risk management, etc.

It conducts various examinations for the recruitment of eligible candidates in various departments. This year it has released notification for the District Manager posts.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates who are interested should have to possess graduation degree/ Post graduation/ Engineering degree/ PG Diploma from a recognized board or university.

Age limit:
