TNPSC Group 2 Exam Syllabus & Exam Pattern 2015:

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has released a Group 2 Notification 2015 in the month of October for the recruitment of candidates into Secretariat & Ministerial Services, Legislative Assembly Secretariat Service, Cooperative Subordinate Service, etc. TNPSC Combined Civil Services Exam – II is the much awaited notification in Tamil Nadu. Many candidates will be waiting for this examination that will be conducted every year. Applicants who have completed Degree from a recognized university are eligible for this posts. Candidates will be selected based upon the Written Test. There will be no Interview held. The last date for submission of application applications is 11th November 2015. The TNPSC Group 2 Exam will be conducted on 27th December 2015.

TNPSC Group II Exam Pattern 2015 for 1863 posts:

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION (SINGLE PAPER) (OBJECTIVE TYPE) (DEGREE STANDARD)

• Two types of question papers will be set. One type of question paper will contain questions on General Studies (75 items), Aptitude and Mental Ability Test (25 items) and General English (100 items).
• The other will contain questions on General Studies (75 items), Aptitude and Mental Ability Test (25 items) and General Tamil (100 items).
• Candidates are given the option to choose either General Tamil or General English for answering the second 100 items apart from answering the first (75+25)100 items on General Studies.
• The questions on General Studies will be set both in English and Tamil and the questions on General Tamil/ General English will be set in the respective languages.
• The CCSE II Exam will be conducted for 3 hours and there will be 300 multiple choice questions (MCQs).
• Candidates need to answer all the questions within given time.
• Each one mark will be deducted for incorrect Answer.
