Case Filed Against Rishi Kapoor For Posting A Derogatory Picture On Twitter
It is no wonder to see the veteran actor been struck in the series of controversies, because, all that he faces is simply how his tweets echo. Well, it went worse this time, as the actor did something more offensive.
We all know that social media networks like Twitter and Facebook have their norms and regulations regarding the privacy and censored content. There are moments when the authorities took down the accounts when an obscene post is shared. Now imagine a celebrity with about 2.6 million followers posting a photograph that is totally offensive? And how about the number of people it reached? Well, it definitely matters as the person himself is Rishi Kapoor, the Bollywood’s most controversial Twitter bro.
He recently shared a pic in which his sarcasm went way ahead of the boundaries, breaking the fences of being obscene, this post altogether welcomed a written complaint against him, and complimentary to that, a case is registered against him with the Mumbai Cyber Police.

It is heard that the post consist of a naked child with a headphone stuck into his private parts. He deleted the tweet just within a day but the damage was done. Adil Khatri, an advocate as well as Jai Ho Foundation’s general secretary, filed a complaint against him, which dragged the actor in turmoil.
Mumbai’s popular NGO- Jai Ho Foundation which comes under Maharashtra’s Women and Child Development Department has taken this step against him, talking about the same, Adil Khatri has said, “We have filed a complaint with Mumbai Police Commissioner, Mumbai Cyber Cell and Ministry of Woman and Child Development against actor Rishi Kapoor for posting nude and pornographic image of a child on his Twitter account @chintskap.”
Aiming to teach Rishi Kapoor a lesson, Adil went saying, “We don’t know who the child in the picture is, but it is offensive as the child is naked and a headphone has been stuck into his private parts.” Later, the reports dismissed the confirmation of FIR, but it is found that a written complaint was forwarded.
On behalf of the ‘Jai Ho Foundation’, its President Afroz Malik in his statement said, ““We would request you to immediately register a FIR against actor Rishi Kapoor under relevant sections of POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) and IT Act for posting indecent, nude and vulgar picture of a minor child on his Twitter account @chintskap.”
“Rishi Kapoor has more than 2.6 Million followers on the Twitter account. This means this pornographic image material got circulated to more than 2.6 Million people. There are more than 66 retweets and 476 likes as of now on this indecent image,” added Afroz.
While on the other hand, people went claiming that there’s another video that drew this much criticism, but, this video is posted after the complaint was raised.
