Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar is quite busy these days with the promotions of his upcoming film ‘Toilet – Ek Prem Katha’. So, he along with his co-star Bhumi Pednekar and the team went to promote the movie on a dance reality show called ‘Dance Plus 3’.

There is nothing much to say about the promotion, but Akshay’s look and his outfit. The outfit was a lesson in tone-on-tone perfection. A light blue shirt, paired with darker trousers and a green and blue tie made for a cool casual look. He surprised everyone with his own sense of style. With this look, Akshay might just have started a new trend.

According to the source from the sets of dance reality show, “Akshay Kumar turned wearing formal attire and shoes. But as soon as he reached the sets, his foot started hurting due to some problem with the shoes. He was not feeling comfortable and removed them.

The shoot was halted for 15 minutes as he couldn’t go on the stage without wearing shoes. However, Akshay, who is known for his quirky personal style decided to go on stage wearing slippers! He asked the production if they would be comfortable with him wearing slippers. The unit was impressed with the way he’s handled it.”

‘Toilet – Ek Prem Katha’ is based on the subject of women lacking proper sanitation facilities and the need for a proper bathroom in every household to reduce health issues in the country. The film is slated to release on August 11, 2017.
