From the day one of ‘Padmavati’, there was always this news that indicated the vague to non-existent bonding between Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh. Both of them alongside Deepika Padukone are playing prominent roles in the Historical flick directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

The trailer has taken the Internet by storm, it is all enough to reveal the grandeur and larger-than-life feel which Bhansali can offer to the Indians. After Baahubali, this is going to be another bigger venture the whole country is waiting for. With the grand successful streak of “Ram Leela” and “Bajirao Mastani”. It is pretty clear that Padmavati is going to be the hattrick for Bhansali.

While people are going damn crazy over the menacing looks of Ranveer as Alauddin Khilji, Shahid did his best to counter Khilji, but moreover, it is Ranveer who won the game. With the overwhelming compliments the trailer has received, Ranveer received special congratulations from every corner of the film fraternity. Starting from SS Rajamouli, none left stone unturned in praising the Khilji role. While the rest two were completely overshadowed by the immense popularity Khilji has gained, Shahid’s post on Instagram has garnered enough controversy on social media.

Now after all this, as the movie is slated to release on December 11th, the whole crew is set to begin the promotion works. And, to no surprise, sources claimed that Shahid and Ranveer aren’t going to promote the movie together. People close the movie said, “The two male leads aren’t really comfortable with the other being around and therefore the makers deemed it fit to not get Ranveer, Shahid, together with Deepika.”

It also added that Bhansali and team want to keep the intrigue around Ranveer’s Alauddin Khilji character and therefore he will be promoting the film on ground sparingly but go all out online. On the other hand, Deepika along with Shahid is going to visit Bigg Boss soon enough, Ranveer is excluded from this.
