Akshay Kumar’s much acclaimed ‘PADMAN’ is on the way. After doing some critically acclaimed films like Airlift, Rustom, and TOILET, Akshay is now gearing up to hit the big screen once again with the most-deserving and sensible movie. The trailer has already taken the Internet by storm.

Meanwhile, on a serious note, Twinkle also added, “We are making sure that school girls and supervisors watch this film.” If you have seen the trailer, it starts with a strong note wherein Akshay is seen trying to wear a sanitary pad. Twinkle, on this, said, “R.Balki convinced me that Akshay should play this part.”

Just a few weeks before this event, Earlier, Akshay in an interview was asked about starring in a movie which delves with the topic of menstruation, the actor stated, “If you change nothing, nothing will change. It’s not about being bold, but about breaking taboos that hold us back. I have lived with women all my life, yet I have learned more about the topic while making this film than ever before. I do not mind who I offend or whose stomach I turn by being bold, this is not the Stone Age; menstruating is natural.”

Well, this certainly is a good move from Akshay. Let us wait till the movie will be released on January 26th, 2018.
