The much-awaited teaser of Dhanush ‘VIP 2 aka Velai Illa Pattadhari 2′ will release today i.e; 7th June at 4 PM. The movie is the sequel of blockbuster film VIP (Raguvaran BTech in Telugu) which is directed by Velraj, starring Dhanush and Amala Paul.

Dhanush took to Twitter to announce the release date of the teaser, which will be out on June 7. VIP 2 is directed by Rajinikanth younger daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth who debuted as a director with Kochadaiiyaan(2014). The VIP 2 is entirely a new story.

The VIP 2 is Produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu under the banner, V. Creations. The film also stars Kajol, Amala Paul and Samuthirakani in important roles. The first part of the movie is talked about the state of engineering colleges in India, opened to the fantastic response from fans. While the first part ended with Raghuvaran (Dhanush) becoming a successful civil engineer.
