TE3N Movie Review, Rating & Live Updates:

Bachchan’s expressions are so real that they hold you in his pursuit. He acts the madness character and takes it into peaks. The story or the screenplay don’t set your pulse rates as it rises but slowly crawl towards the climax. People who are looking for a chance to scratch your brain, TE3N might be the right choice for the weekend!

Suresh Nair and Bijesh Jayrajan’s screenplay favours minimalism over verbosity. So do the dialogues by Ritesh Shah. Both add to the film’s atmospherics and unyielding tension.

The stunningly effective combined work of cinematographer Tushar Kanti Ray, editor Gairik Sarkar, production designer Tanmay Chakraborty and sound designer Shajith Koyeri merits an unstinted shout out.

Plus Points:

  • Cinematography
  • Story

Minus Points:

  • Disappointing Climax
  • Slow narration

All India Roundup Rating: 2.5/5

Final Verdict: The slow-burning drama about crime, tragedy, guilt and retribution has the potential to repay the patience of those that don’t switch off their brains when watching a film.
