1. Baking soda:

This can give you best and quick results. The chemical reaction that occurs in this process can make your teeth white. Mix baking soda with lemon juice and brush your teeth. You can do this only once in a week as it does much effective work.

2. Strawberries:

Strawberries can whiten your teeth as it contains malic acid and vitamin c in it. So what you can do with this strawberries is mash them into paste and use it while you brush. This can be repeated once or twice in a week. Vitamin C present in this washes away the plaque on your teeth and make them look bright.

Alternatively, make a paste by mashing 2-3 large strawberries into a pulp and then adding a pinch of salt and ½ teaspoon of baking soda to it. Then take the paste on your toothbrush and apply it on your teeth. Leave it for 5 minutes and then rinse off with water. Applying this paste at night after brushing would give more results. Using Baking soda in this paste is optional.

Put the mixture in your mouth and gargle for a minute and then rinse your mouth with water. Remember; don’t use this formula more than 2 times in a week as it could be corrosive. Over consumption of citrus fruits can damage the tooth enamel.
