The movie is about five persons who are interconnected through life situations which are plotted in a house. The title developed from the plot revolving around 5 People, 4 Lifestyles, 3 Murders, 2 Hours, 1 Revenge.

Director Raghavendra Prasad said, “I got the idea of 54321 when I was working with Karthik in Pizza. This will be an out-and-out thriller based on the incidents that happen in a span of two hours. Interestingly, the film’s running time will also be only for two hours.”

The Story written and directed by Raghavendra Prasad was so nice and it created a feeling what would happen in the next minute. Though it was the debut film for him, he implemented and executed the product with good qualities what the audience wanted.

The romance between Anjali and Vinoth appears so forced and quite out of place in a thriller.
