ESIC Review 2016 UDC Steno MTS Clerk Analysis Cut Off Marks For 18th March Exam

Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) successfully conducted written examination for filling up Upper Division Clerk, Stenographer and Multi-Tasking Staff posts on 18th February 2016. A huge number of candidates appeared for the examination across various exam centers. All the candidates who had written the exam are searching for the review & analysis. Here we have provided the sectional wise review. By checking the review candidates can get an idea about is the paper is easy or tough in other students view. What would be the cutoff marks for this paper now? Am I going qualify in this examination? Here we providing the information about the exam Review, Analysis and cutoff marks.

ESIC Overall Analysis 2016:

The examination is has four sections i.e; Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English and General Knowledge. A total of 200 questions were asked in the examination. The overall exam was easy to moderate. All the sections were easy and English section is bit difficult. Candidates can attempt 150-160 questions.

ESIC Cutoff Marks 2016:

ESIC UDC Steno Clerk MTS written examination cutoff marks depend on the  total number of candidates appeared for the exam, difficulty of the paper. Candidates must get the sectional wise cutoff to qualify in the written exam. Also, cut off marks vary category wise. Here we will update the cutoff marks.

ESIC Cutoff Marks For UDC:

Written Exam:

  • For UR Category: 40% ( 80 out of 200)
  • For SC/ST/OBC/PWD: 35% (70 Out of 200)

Computer Skill Test:

  • For both UR and reserved categories, aspirant must get 17 marks out of 50

ESIC 2016 Sectional Wise Review:

Quantitative Aptitude (Easy):

This section is very easy. The questions were covered mostly from the topics like Simple Interset, Time and Work, Ratio and Proportion, Unit Digit Calculation, D.I.(Tabular) and arthematic topics.

Reasoning (Easy):

This Section is also easy. The questions are covered from Analogy, Classification, Blood Relation, Syllogism, Non Verbal Reasoning etc. The most of the questions are similar to the SSC questions. Candidates who had prepared for the SSC exam can answer most of the questions.

General Knowledge (Easy):

In this section, the questions were from History, Geography, Polity, Science, Sports, Static and Current Affairs. The number of questions from current affairs were easy and only 3 to 4 questions were asked. This section is also easy as per the students point of view.

English (Moderate):

The English language section is bit difficult. The questions were from Reading Comprehension, Error Detection, Close Test, Rearrangement, Fillers and Idioms and Phases.

    there is sectional wise cut off so u have to get the minimum marks in all the 4 sections.

      No there is no sectional wise cut off . Only 70 cuttoff out of total 200 marks
