Nurse (Female):

1. Should have passed High School Examination with Science and passed Intermediate Examination of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh or an Examination recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
2.  possess diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or B.Sc. Degree in Nursing registrable with the U.P. Nurses and Midwives Council.
3.  possess registration certificate as Nurse and Midwife from the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council.
   

   Nurse (Male):

4. Have passed High School Examination with Science and passed Intermediate Examination of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh or an Examination recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
5. Possess the diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or B.Sc Degree in Nursing registrable with the U.P. Nurses and Midwives Council.
6. Possess the diploma in Psychiatry registrable with the U.P. Nurses and Midwives Council.
7.  possess registration certificate from U.P. Nurses and Midwives Council as Nurse and Psychiatry.

Age Limit:

Candidates should have a minimum age of 21 years and maximum age of 40 years as on July 1st, 2017. Candidates who born before 2nd July 1977 and not later than July 1st, 1996 cannot apply.
