Badlapur is an upcoming Indian action-thriller film directed by Sriram Raghavan and produced by Dinesh Vijan and Sunil Lulla. The film stars Varun Dhawan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in lead roles, with Huma Qureshi, Yami Gautam, Divya Dutta andRadhika Apte in supporting roles. The film is scheduled for release on 20 February 2015. The makers of Badlapur have released the first teaser of the film which is a revenge drama. Badlapur Teaser: Varun Dhawan shows off his mean side

The 100 second long teaser gives an idea about the basic premise of the film which is a direct confrontation between Raghu (Dhawan) and Liak (Siddiqui). Apparently, Raghu is out there to seek revenge from Liak. His character vows to give a difficult death to his enemy in the teaser which is full of bloodshed.

Varun Dhawan’s Badlapur Movie Review:

The teaser presents Dhawan as a rough man who doesn’t hesitate in using physical violence against his opponents. However, he will be facing a tough challenge from Siddiqui in the film who has already been established as a gritty bad guy in Bollywood. Thanks to films such as Gangs of Wasseypur and Kick, Nawazuddin also has garnered a good fan following and thus it would be difficult for Varun to overshadow him in the film. Sriram Raghavan is known for making action-thrillers. He has earlier directed films such as Ek Hasina Thi, Johnny Gaddaar and Agent Vinod.
