A few months ago it was reported that Akshay Khanna and Richa Chadda was signed for the upcoming film Section 375: Marzi Ya Jabardasti, the film was based on the topic of misuse of the laws which is related to rape by men and women. Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak do the production. However, according to the recent news, Akshay Khanna is no longer part of section 375.

 

 

Reason being said, first Akshay Khanna kept the team of Section 375: Marzi Ya Jabardasti waiting too long. He had given his dates to The Accidental Prime Minister.

Because of that, the production process of the movie was stalling, and there was no news about the film. After February when the movie was announced, nothing was said about the film after that.

 

Now news comes out as the makers of the film has decided to replace Akshay Khanna, a source of DNA said to them, according to an article on DNA, “There have been several discussions and disagreements between the actor and the makers. Akshaye has violated the contract and has been unavailable for the longest time. Now, the whole team has decided to replace him in the film. They don’t want to make the movie with him anymore.”

 

 

Akshay Khanna had too many demands and had violated the agreement, the source added, “Akshay had already signed the contract for a certain remuneration that was promised to him. But after he signed another film, he wanted twice the amount. He also asked for several changes in the script and was disinterested in the project after that. He had allotted his dates for the film but went back on his word. For the time being, the movie has been stalled.”

 

It’s not the first time something like this has happened, earlier he refused the part of Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK’s web series The Family Ma.“He needs to re-evaluate his market value before making such obstinate demands.”

 

 

 

The makers are filling a lawsuit against the actor, “They are filing a lawsuit against Akshaye for breaching the contractual terms. They are also scouting for another hero and trying to get the film on floors as soon as possible,”.
