Especially it was the show of Baahubali’s sibling Bhallaladeva, striking into the war field with the gigantic revolving blade chariot, viewers were frozen looking at the wonderful design, the technicians has shown on the screen. Now, what powered that massive vehicle will shock all of you.

It was a Royal Enfield engine, says the Production designer Sabu Cyril who has been working with SS Rajamouli for almost a decade.

“Bhallaladeva’s chariot was built around a Royal Enfield engine so that it would get the power and speed it required. We had done the same in the first part as well,” Cyril said.

“The chariot also had proper car steering and a driver. We had great fun designing and making it,” the 55-year-old designer has added.

Not only the chariot, the astounding designs of Elephant armories, the Maahishmati’s infrastructure and sculptures, what not? everything that is part of Baahubali series is an antique of its own world.
