Mouni Roy is Signed To Work in John Abraham’s RAW

Famous “Naagin” of Indian Television, Mouni Roy, who plays the role of the hottest Naagin in at.v serial. She is making big moves in Bollywood as well. According to recent news, Mouni Roy is signed to work in John Abraham’s RAW: Romeo Akbar Walter.

 

 

She debuts in a film ‘Gold’ with Akshay Kumar, and it seems like there is no stopping her now. Currently, she is working in Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’ with Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, which is her 2nd Bollywood film

 

She has now revealed about her third movie which will be John Abraham’s RAW: Romeo Akbar Walter, she will be working opposite John Abraham.

 

In an interview, she revealed, “I’ve given auditions in the past, but this film just happened. I went for a meeting, and the team instantly felt I suited the character as I have an old-world vibe. They offered me the role, and I immediately said ‘yes’. I wasn’t happy with the other offers I got around the time, but I am excited about this film.”

 

According to her she feels blessed to be able to work with people like Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor and now John Abraham. She expressed her gratitude by saying, “I love John sir’s work. He has an intimidating personality, but everyone says wonderful things about him. These days, I’m numb. After facing the camera with Akshay sir, I’ve worked with Ranbir and Alia but am yet to shoot with Bachchan sir (Amitabh Bachchan who is also a part of Brahmastra). When I do, I will be so nervous I’ll probably hide in a corner (laughs).

 

According to Director Mouni will have a multi-layered role, and co-producer Bunty Walia said: “She fits the part perfectly.”

 

RAW: Romeo Akbar Walter’s plot is said to be set in 1971 during the Indo- Pak war, and the movie will be shot in 60 days schedule in parts of Gujarat, Srinagar, and Nepa.
