Prerna Arora and Bhusan Kumar’s T-series Despute Settled

A while ago things went terribly between Prerna Arora and Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series. According to reports, there were some disputes between them for their upcoming films.

What was the issue?

According to reports KriArj Entertainment which has been created by third-party lines was one of the major issues between them. T-series filled a suit against KriArj. The reports state that the latter did not hold any right to mortgage, lien or create any third party rights in any of the films as per the agreement between the two companies. Reportedly, it is now learned that KriArj will now deal and repay all such third parties their claimants which the company had taken as funds for producing movies.

Effect of the sue on Prerna Arora

Now, previously it was said that the sue is going to be bad for her. The industry is not forgiving in these matters, and once something like this happens. It ruins the reputation of the party which is terrible in the film industry.

Now, though everything was looking bad for Prerna Arora. She has proven her skills in films like Toilet Ek Prem Katha, Rustom, and PadMan. Which may have lead people to believe in her and resolve the issue. She somehow has mastered the art of blockbuster films.

An official statement by Prerna Arora

“I am happy that the issue has been sorted out with Bhushan ji. We have formulated a new structure for our upcoming films. We will be making an official announcement next week.”

“We have signed two films — one is a love story, and the other is a thriller. We have resolved the dispute (out of court) with regards to Batti Gul Meter Chalu and Fanne Khan both the films will release as per schedule,” Prerna said.”

We are glad that everything turned out to be in favor of everyone. And all the issues have been resolved. Prerna is a fantastic personality, and we wish her upcoming films all the best.
