Ab Tak Chhappan 2 movie story revolves around Inspector Sadhu Agashe (Nana Patekar) from the Mumbai Encounter Squad. It is inspired by the life of Police sub-Inspector with Mumbai Police force Daya Nayak. He (Nana Patekar) is back and taking the count ‘chappan’ with Ab Tak Chappan 2. The sequel of the much applauded movie gets the Home Minister Janardhan Jagirdar don Rauf Lala who is running from Mumbai and along with leader Minister Anna Saheb vowing to eradicate the threat due to underworld don Rawale who is running from Bangkok.

Understanding the issue would not be tackled by a Gandhian strategy, the Encounter Squad is brought back together. Take away the pests of the society for good and do what he does a hesitant Saadhu, as a result of his son’s insistence, consents to join forces, no pun intended. But will an Encounter squad having a clean slate find a way to eradicate the threat? At what cost would peace be got? Will peace come?
