Amrita University has conducted Computer based Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam (AEEE) 2015 for all the B.Tech students on 16th April and going to conduct on 18th April, 2015 all over the country. Those who’ve opted for the traditional written exam ( paper & pen ), will be conducted on April 25th, 2015. More than a lakh of students appearing for the exam. Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam (AEEE) 2015:

Amrita University has issued the online application form for admission in Engineering streams. Candidates will be able to get admission into Engineering course in Amritapuri, Coimbatore and Bangalore campus. CBT is offered by the University in 97 centres and pencil and paper mode in 45 centres. Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria will be admitted to the first year of 4 year B.Tech. Programmes through counselling, based on their ranks in the Entrance Examination.

Last year, AEEE was conducted in more than 75 cities across the country for providing admissions to B.Tech. programmes at its three Schools of Engineering located at Amritapuri, Bengaluru and Coimbatore. Approximately 33000 + candidates showed up to take the exam.

AEEE 2015 Exam Pattern:

• All questions will be objective type.
• The Question Paper of AEEE 2015 will be in English
• The Exam is conducted for a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes and will contain 100 questions for 300 marks.
• The Mathematics section will have 40 questions, the Chemistry section 30 questions and the Physics section 30 questions.
• Every correct answer will receive 3 marks and every wrong answer will have a negative marking of 1 mark.
