Anil Kumble was one of the ace bowlers in the Indian cricket team who played for the country for more than 18years. He has a nickname “Jumbo” and is one the highest wicket taker of all time. He fell in love with Chethana Ramatheertha and got married to her in 1999.

Chethana was married to a stockbroker and ended their 13year old marriage and married after 2months of their divorce. Though Anil and Chetna’s love story is still a mystery to many. Recently Anil Kumble’s wife Chethana lodged a complaint in Bangaluru police station for fraudulently using her details.

As per reports, she is furious because her PAN details were misused by a watch manufacturing company, which is based in Mumbai. She reported that her PAN details were used to conduct some fraudulent activities. Irked with the same, Chethana reported in Cubbon Park Police Station in the city of Bengaluru and accused Time Keepers Boutique Private Limited, Mumbai for misusing her details.

She especially filed a report on a person named S. Vageeshwaran for buying watches worth Rs. 32lakhs using her PAN card details. Chethana found this issue when her accountant notified about the taxes she was expected to pay. She was informed to pay a tax of Rs. 32,956 to the government for the purchase of both the watches and that’s when she understood that someone has misused her details.

“I shared my PAN details with Sathya Vageeshwaran, an employee of the shop, and wrote a cheque for Rs 8 lakh, the cost of the watch. I received the watch a few days later, but I was unaware that my PAN details were misused until I discovered it in my income tax return form,” she quoted.

The police are currently investigating the case while Anil Kumble didn’t yet comment on the issue nor Chethana had requested any help from the media.
