It is being reported that this shameful act of Digvijay Singh was witnessed by the public when he was coming out of the control room.

Upon witnessing one of his supporters to be hit hard by lathi of policemen in front of him, angered Digvijay Singh picked the policeman from the crowd and slapped him in the presence of the whole crowd. Digvijay Singh is facing allegations in the case of fake appointments in Assembly and being interrogated y SIT officials for 4 to 5 consecutive hours in a closed room on Thursday, October 15, 2015. Sources added that Digvijay Singh’s son, Jayawardene was also present at the place of incident, SIT office.

Feared over the arrest of Congress general secretary, Digvijay Singh after slapping the policemen, leaders of the political party and supporters of him threatened cops of staging a protest. However, Digvijay Singh was said to be unavailable for comments when he was approached.
