A huge number of candidates who are studying the same appeared for the exam across various examination centers in Bihar. The results of the same were also declared. Bihar Board 10th Class Toppers List & Pass Percentage 2017:

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is a board of education functioning under Government of Bihar devised to facilitate education and conduct examinations at secondary and senior secondary standard in both government and private schools belonging to the state of Bihar on the basis of the syllabus as prescribed by the Government of Bihar. It is headquartered at the capital of the state, Patna. Along with school examinations, it also conducts departmental examinations such as Diploma in Physical Education, Certificate in Physical Education and Teachers Training Examination.

BSEB 10th Class Matric Pass Percentage 2017:

The BSEB Matric Pass Percentage are available now.

This year 50.32 per cent students which is more than 8 lakh students have passed the exam which is clearly an improvement from last year when the pass percentage was 44.66 per cent.

The board has also released the list of toppers. The toppers in matric exam this year are:

The state government has decided to bestow cash prize to the toppers this year. As per the announcement by the state government, the board topper will get a cash prize of Rs. 1 lakh, a laptop, and a kindle e-book reader. The second topper will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000 and third topper will be given a cash prize of Rs. 15000. Both second and third topper will also get a laptop and a kindle e-book reader.
