MS Dhoni Might Not Watch Team-India’s Bait Against Australia At Ranchi On March 16th

Former captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has bid a goodbye to the International Test Cricket years ago, from then he has been one of the spectators, just like us. But, Dhoni might not be at the stadium on March 16th for this series. Till now, both the teams even with each winning one match.

From the very next day of his retirement, Dhoni has been playing a vital role in stands, giving possible suggestions to his players, and this is one of the very times, he is going to miss the match. However, the crucial reason behind this is the only two days span available for the players.

The 3rd test match was scheduled at his home ground Ranchi, and the news regarding his absence is addressed to media by the PN Singh, the manager of the Jharkhand cricket team.

PN Singh said:

“Our team arrived in Delhi and Dhoni is flying in a day later. We have a knockout match against Vidarbha on 15th and a semi-final on 17th. We are confident of reaching the semifinal in the Vijay Hazare Trophy and hence Dhoni’s presence at the Ranchi stadium is “unlikely”.

Meanwhile, this Thursday Mahi paid a surprise visit to the Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) stadium in Ranchi. After that, he along with a few Jharkhand team members returned to Ranchi on a flight as the rail distance is too much and might consume a lot of time.

“They didn’t travel in a train this time because we have given a 2-day break to all team members and players have gone home at their different destinations from Kolkata, this time a journey to Delhi will be on the plane. It is about 1200 km journey between Ranchi and Delhi and therefore all team members will be travelling in a plane,” the manager added.
