Born on December 15, 1988, Geeta Phogat is also the first-ever Indian female wrestler to have qualified for the Olympics. A true champion, Geeta won India’s first ever gold medal in women’s wrestling at the Commonwealth Games held in New Delhi. Geeta broke records over Aussie wrestler Emily Bensted on October 7, 2010.
