Shami Wife Hasin Jahan’s New Allegation, Says He And His Family Tried To Give Her Sleeping Pills

Indian pacer Mohammad Shami is known for his outstanding bowling and he is not new to the controversies. We had earlier seen people trolling and slamming him for posting photos of his wife on Facebook and Twitter.

To everyone’s surprise, Hasin Jahan, wife of Shami, has accused her 27-year-old husband of assault and having extramarital affairs by posting screenshots of text messages of questionable nature that Shami allegedly exchanged with various women.

She also uploaded photos and phone numbers of the women. Hasin Jahan alleged that Shami, 27, and members of his family had even tried to ‘kill’ her. These alleged chats with his girlfriends have left everyone confused.

However, after the story went viral, Shami took to twitter with his side of the story, clarifying that the allegations are baseless and there is a conspiracy at work intended to tarnish his image. The 27-year-old also expressed his desire to have a thorough investigation into the matter.

But Hasin had a proof and she revealed it to the media. Hasin released an audio clip of the call in which she and Shami talked regarding the controversy. A couple of days back, Hasin filed an FIR against him at Kolkata Police station for domestic violence and attempt to murder.

An FIR has been lodged against them under multiple penal codes like 498A – cruelty to a woman by a man and his relatives, Section 323 – voluntarily causing hurt, Section 376 – rape, Section 506 – criminal intimidation, Section 328 and Section 34.

Hasin Jahan has also reported that Mohammad Shami and his family tried to kill her by giving sleeping pills. Praveen Tripathi, Joint Commissioner of Police, Kolkata told, “She has complained sleeping pills were given to her in a huge quantity and they were trying to kill her. We are verifying the allegations and collecting the evidence right now.”
