IBPS Specialist Officer SO Exam Dates 2015: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) advertisement for the recruitment of Common Recruitment Process(CRP) for selecting the capable individuals in specialist officers. Online Examination for the selection of personnel in Specialists officers ‘ cadre posts on February 14 and 15,2015. The admit cards for the candidates who have successfully registered for the IBPS Specialist Officers have released and can be downloaded from the IBPS official website.  Admit cards can be downloaded using the registration number, date of birth or password.Candidates are selected based on the performance of candidates in written examination and based on the personal interview conducted by the recruitment board. Paper Pattern of the IBPS Specialist Officer Online CWE Exam:

For Law Officer Scale-1 and Rajbhasha Adhikari Scale-1:

IBPS Exam is conducted for 120 minutes and designed with four sections in it namely

Reasoning section conducted for 50 marks

English Language section for 25 marks

General Awareness with special reference to the banking Industry for 50 marks

Professional Knowledge section for 75 marks

Total- 200 marks

For IT Officer Scale-1, Agriculture Field Officer Scale 1, HR/Personnel Officer Scale 1 & Marketing Officer Scale-1:

The Exam is conducted for 120 minutes and even this exam is framed out of four sections namely

Reasoning Section for 50 marks

English Language section for 25 marks

Quantitative Aptitude Section for 50 marks

Professional Knowledge section for 75 marks

Total- 200 marks

All these tests are except English test is conducted in two languages.

IBPS Specialist Officers Selection Process:

Selection Procedure:

IBPS will conduct Common recruitment process in two stages- Common Written Examination and Common Interview.

Candidates are required to appear for the common online entrance exam. Those who appear and shortlisted in the examination, will subsequently called for a common interview to be conducted by the participating organizations and Co-ordinated by the Nodal bank with the help of IBPS.
Shortlisted candidates will be provisionally allotted to one of the participating organization depending on the vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2015-16.

Penalty for wrong Answers:

There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

Interview Round:

Candidates who have been shortlisted in the examination for CWE SPL-III will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organisations and co-ordinated by IBPS. Interviews will be conducted at select centres. The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The minimum score required in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates). The weightage (ratio) of Online CWE (SPL-III) and interview will be 80:20. The combined final scores of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of total scores obtained by the candidates in CWE (SPL-III) and Interview. A candidate should found suitable both in the CWE and interview to be shortlisted for subsequent allotment process.
