Hyderabad: L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad Limited (LTMRHL) has been conferred the SAP ACE Award 2015 in the ‘Strategic HR and Talent Management’ category. The SAP ACE Awards is an annual ceremony, honouring companies, businesses and individuals who demonstrate the spirit of innovation by leveraging SAP solutions to transform their businesses.

The award was received by S Ganguly, VP – Corporate HR and J.V.S. Ramakrishna, Enterprise IT in a ceremony held at JW Marriott, Mumbai in the first week of December. L&TMRH is the only firm to win the award in HR category this year in the country, a press release said.

Its partner L&T Infotech has also been recognized for the implementation. “We are delighted to pioneer yet other recognition as part of our Smart Metro vision leveraging technology. To provide seamless customer experience, we have to have a smart, well skilled work force and a one shop stop platform for people and talent management. SAP has provided us the right platform to manage our human capital seamlessly,” said L&TMRHL MD and chief executive V.B. Gadgil.
