Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala as devised a new way to empower women. As part of her changing strategy towards women empowerment, the actress has hired a lady to be her bodyguard instead of going for big bulky men, which most VIPs choose. Isn’t that cool!

The actress took to Instagram to share this pic with her new employee. She says only women can safeguard each other, adding that it’s a small step towards change. She says that we should start from our family then it will get spread into society. The actress has shared the same on her Twitter account.
