After the success of Thani Oruvan, Jayam Ravi is back with yet another interesting film called ‘Miruthan‘ which hit the theaters today on Feb 19. Directed by Shakti Soundar Rajan, Miruthan is the first ever zombie thriller in the Tamil film industry. The movie stars Jayam Ravi and Lakshmi Menon in the leading roles. Kaali Venkat, R. N. R. Manohar, Jeeva Ravi, Baby Anikha, Amit Bhargav were seen in supporting roles. The music for the movie is composed by D. Imman

Miruthan is a Tamil zombie apocalypse movie which is directed by Shakti Soundar Rajan with Jayam Ravi and Lakshmi Menon playing the lead roles. The story is about a deadly virus, which turns humans into zombies, that is spreading and the hero is at the front fighting the battle against the possible apocalypse.

Miruthan is a welcome change in Tamil cinema, which has shied away from zombie films since its inception.
