Speaking more on the occasion to TOI, G Kishan Rao, director Chowmahalla Palace said that CCTV recordings are being looked into to find the culprits. After Pasha’s death, the vehicle was reportedly delivered to seventh Nizam Osman Ali Khan in 1912.

The vehicle was under maintenance by Hyderabad State Railway within its garage. The royal Rolls Royce Silver Ghost Throne vehicle was only used for special occasions, which explains it’s only 356 miles driven reading.

“My friends and I visited the palace to see the car. We were appalled to see that one side of the car was covered with plastic covers. When we asked the security guards they informed us that there were scratches on the door,” said Yasar Khan, a tourist who was visiting the palace on Sunday.

The vehicle’s vintage worth is believed to be valued at over Rs 20 Crore. The damaged vehicle is adorned gold mountings, rich and vibrant canary yellow body, lights and silver-finished roof.
