Daniel Bowman, a graduate student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, has recorded some sounds. Those sound waves were at frequencies below 20 hertz, which can not heard by humans. Daniel Bowman has designed and built the equipment. With the help of that equipment he was able to record those sounds. When you speed up those recording you can hear those sounds. The infrared sounds were recorded by Daniel Bowman ( Nasa student ) balloon experiment using infrared microphones.

Alien Sounds above Earth :

Daniel Bowman has captured these sounds 22 miles (36 kilometers) above the Earth’s surface. The researchers had never “heard” many of the stratospheric signals. “I was surprised by the sheer complexity of the signal,” Bowman said. “I expected to see a few little stripes.” These signal are infrasonic waves, these sound waves can travel long distances. “It sounds kind of like ‘The X-Files,’” Bowman

He said he was building more high-altitude balloons. Hoping this may revive interest in atmospheric infrasound. In the past 50 years there haven’t been acoustic recordings in the stratosphere. If we can place this instruments up in air we will find many things that we were not aware off.
