You’ll Salute PM Modi After Knowing What He Did For This Child Who Is Suffering From Brain Disease

A 12-year-old boy named ‘Parth’,  who is from Amreli (Gujarat) was suffering from a rare deadly brain disorder-Subacute Sclerosing Panencephalitis (SSPE) since four months. This disease weakens the body progressively. His father tried everything, he consulted all the specialists of Amreli and Ahmadabad but there was no improvement in Parth’s condition.

The Parth’s  father was financially hopeless to cure his son because he spent all his savings and sold all the property, he even sold his wife’s jewelry. With no way left to cure his son, he decided to write to Prime Minister Modi and the health Ministry.

Just a few days later for his appeal, the family received a letter from the Prime Minister’s office assuring free and full treatment for the boy in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). This was just like a miracle for their family and they just couldn’t believe what has happened.

Parth’s father says that PM Modi not only financially supported them, but also provided great moral support.

The grateful father told to DD News:

Parth is now undergoing treatment at AIIMS after PM assured us full support and financial assistance for my son’s treatment. So now, not only do we have financial aid, the PM has also given us moral support.

Such a prompt move by the Modi government signifies that how well the ministries function internally. This is not the first time that PM Modi has stepped in to provide succor in such cases.

Earlier, an eight-year-old girl Taiyyaba from Agra wrote to Modi seeking financial aid to treat her congenital heart disease. Touched by the girl’s appeal, the Prime Minister’s Office immediately responded to the letter and arranged for her treatment at New Delhi.
