This Photos Of Raipur DSP Archana Jha With Her Baby In Her Arms Is Going Viral, She Has Become Overnight Sensation

In this modern world, we often see women quitting their jobs post marriage or pregnancy. Not all women do this, but many. For the women out there who are quitting jobs for this sake, here’s a woman who is setting a new example of how to manage both personal and professional life.

Archana Jha

Archana Jha, a Crime DSP in Raipur is setting a remarkable example for every woman as she always carries her daughter with her when duty calls. As her husband works in Bilaspur, Archana is the only parent who can look after her daughter.

Instead of choosing her family over work, she has established a balance between both with comfortable ease. Archana has the duty to patrol the city for 2 nights in a week. In the absence of her husband, it is not possible to leave her daughter at home.

If the situation demands, she will spend the whole night on the streets of the city with her little girl accompanying her. She also worked with immense dedication for 7 days straight with utmost conviction during her pregnancy and fulfilled her duty during Prime Minister’s visit to Raipur.

As per the guidelines, women who are Center-employed are awarded a six-month maternity leave, while those in the State are offered a four-month paid leave during pregnancy. This was the reason why Archana worked in the field until the end of her due date. Because there is no one else who can look after her daughter, Archana brings her child along on all the nights she’s out patrolling.
