RBI Has Released The New Rs 200 Note Pic, Twitterati Couldn’t Stop Trolling Its Color

Everything regarding the new notes has become a trending topic post the demonetization, it was November 8th, 2016 that turned the economic phase of the country, for good or bad.

It has not been a while that the color and formats of the new Rs 500 and Rs 2000 notes ridiculed the countrymen. With the unexpected pink and green colors of the respective notes, there’s no room left in roping in humor and trolls, the RBI’s new Rs 50 and Rs 200 notes faced the same fate when the pictures surfaced Internet.

Though it has been almost a year, people still feel stressed when they have to hunt for change for Rs 2000 and the unavailability of cash in ATMs is still giving nightmares to them. Now the RBI is going to introduce Rs 200 note which will be introduced tomorrow, to fill the 14% void that has been left during the demonetization.

Coming to the pictorial description of the new note, it is bright yellow in color which is reminiscent of the now discontinued Rs 2 note, the new note will be issued on August 25, 2017, and has a motif of Sanchi Stupa on the reverse depicting the country’s cultural heritage.

It seems that the netizens are never happy with the color schemes of the authorities. After months of speculations and fake images being shared on the internet, the RBI finally announced about the new Rs 200 note.
