Below is an awful video where a man forces a 5-year kid to smoke a Beedi who was seen sitting on his lap. This incident happened in the state of Tamilnadu and the video went viral on social media. The man lights up the beedi that was shoved into the kid’s mouth and soon, the kid can be seen taking the puffs.

A group of unidentified people appluading the kid on smoking the beedi can be clearly heard who were enjoying filming the video. Since the people can be heard speaking in Tamil, it is assumed that the incident took place in Tamilnadu.

This video was relased on the YouTube Channel, Tobacco Monitor by Tamilnadu People’s Forum for Tobacco Control (TNPFTC) who wanted to take a legal action against the offenders is trying to track them down. The TN police is on a hunt to nab these senseless peeople.

This kind of act falls under IPC Sec-323 (Punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) and if convicted can face a jail term of upto 3 years.
