The innocent young lady was brutally sexually assaulted in moving bus and was left critically injured which led her to pass away after battling for her life over couple of weeks.

Though it has been three years still the traumatic event is making news. The rape accused were sentenced to jail and while the recent interview of one of the accused has led to uprise of protests and varied speculations across the nation. After much speculation, the highly controversial documentary, India’s Daughter, makes its way to the World Wide Web. Banned in India, the documentary focuses on the rape case of Jyoti Singh who was brutally beaten and raped in Delhi in 2012. India’s Daughter which has been launched into the World Wide Web. Although the documentary was not supposed to be published and until the Indian Supreme court directs to do so while the BBC Four has all set to launch the documentary on web which was primely focusing the rape case of Jyothi Singh, who was brutally molested and raped in Delhi in 2012. This incident agitated the nation in that year.

What made the documentary more controversial is the interview of an assailant Mukesh Singh who had been initially found making controversial statements during the promo of the documentary. Though the documentary video was supposed be released by BBC on March 8th and thus led to a ban in India and was directed by Leslee Udwin for BBC and is now available on YouTube.
