PV Sindhu became the first Indian woman to win an Olympic silver medal and that is undoubtedly a historic achievement. Telangana and Andhra Pradesh governments organized grand felicitation to PV Sindhu.

In Vijayawada felicitation program today Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu have taken this event to next level. He actually played badminton with her on stage in front of the audience. Watch AP CM playing badminton with Sindhu.

P V Sindhu along with her coach Pullela Gopichand has begun her road rally from Gannavaram Airport to Indira Gandhi Stadium, Vijayawada for this felicitation.

AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu presented her a Rs 3 crore cheque. Naidu had announced a thousand square feet of residential plot in Amaravati for Sindhu. On the other hand, Telangana CM K. Chandrasekhar Rao offered cheque of Rs. 5 Crore to the Olympian. He has also offered her a residential plot in Hyderabad and a government job.
