The West Bengal state council of technical education has issued a press note in respect of availability and download of the admit cards or admission certificates or hall tickets from 2^nd April 2018 approximately for the candidates who are appearing for the upcoming JEXPO- 2018 & VOCLET- 2018 written examination for admission into various diploma courses offered by other affiliated colleges. The JEXPO examination is likely to held on 29^th April 2018 and VOCLET examination will be conducted on may 6^th 2018.

WBSCTE ADMIT CARDS 2018:

AICTE started as an Advisory Body of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. By an Act of Parliament, AICTE was made a Statutory Body in 1987. The Statutory Council advised all States to give autonomous status to the State Councils of Technical Education. After examining the recommendations, Government in the Technical Education & Training Department moved a Bill before the Legislative Assembly for setting-up a Statutory Council of Technical Education. West Bengal State Council of Technical Education became a Statutory Body under West Bengal Act XXI of 1995. The Council started its activities as a Statutory Body after Gazette Notification on 12th June 1996.

The West Bengal state council of technical education forthcoming announcement in respect to the issuing of the admit cards of the JEXPO 2018 and VOLCET 2018 to the candidates for appearing the examination. the WBSCTE is all set to hold the JEXPO/ VOCLET 2018 for admission of students in the 1^st year of 3 year diploma courses through JEXPO/ VOCLET 2018 in different government sponsored/ private polytechnics of West Bengal for the academic session 2018- 19 by the entrance examination.
