A  Policeman has been caught on camera stealing CFL bulbs in Jammu and Kashmir. The video of Policeman stealing CFL bulbs went viral as soon as it was shared on Facebook. As per the reports cop was identified as Sub-Inspector Vikas Khajuria. The police official parks his two-wheeler outside a shop and then he looked around to make sure that no one is watching him. Next, he stole the bulb and puts in his scooter’s boot space. After some time again he went and stolen another bulb before coolly riding off.

The video was posted by Aam Aadmi Party Jammu and Kashmir on their Facebook page shows the policeman, arriving in his scooter opposite a Gurudwara in Nanak Nagar.

He parks his two-wheeler outside a shop and then looks around to make sure no body is watching. Next, he removes the bulb and puts in his scooter’s boot space. The cop landed in trouble after a CCTV footage showing him stealing the CFL lamps. By watching this video we won’t know whether to laugh at it or be ashamed of him.

As per the video, the act is held on 12th September 2015 and the timing is around 2:00 in the night.

The Policeman has been arrested after a video showing him stealing the CFL lamps from outside a shop in Nanak Nagar area.
