‘Mysterious Black Hole Spotted On Sun’, Is This The End Of World? (WATCH VIDEO)

With Global warming being one of the burning menaces for the mankind, it seems that another problem has come into limelight. Though the sources from NASA are not completely sure about what it is, some claim that it might be a black hole which amounts to 19 times bigger than earth, there are also chances that it will swallow the whole of earth at some time.

In a recent set of discoveries, International Space Agency NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory, a space probe dedicated to the study of the sun, has captured footage of a sunspot rotating towards Earth, that barely looks like a black hole.

Getting into the technical details, sunspots are patches on the surface of the sun that appear darker than their surroundings due to the loss of surface tension caused by magnetic flux, an intense concentration of complex magnetic fields, respectively.

Since the very beginning of the research, scientists came to believe that these Sunspots are relatively common, but as the sun approaches the solar minimum, the least active part of it is the 11-year cycle, the frequency of sunspots decreases. The sunspot filmed by SDO this week was the first seen in two days. It is currently the only visible sunspot on the surface of the sun.

Though the sunspots generally appear to be quite small, the newly released video from NASA shows the patch of intensive electromagnetic activity is actually larger than Earth, which is quite mysterious.
