Here Is How Aamir Khan Replied For Shikhar Dhawan’s Late Birthday Wishes

Indian cricket opener Shikhar Dhawan is one of the most consistent players in all the formats of the game. He scores run irrespective of the conditions like a team, or venue. His performance in the ongoing Nidahas Trophy against Bangladesh at the Premadasa stadium in Colombo gave the team a perfect start.

He made up a 70-run partnership with the skipper Rohit Sharma and had driven the team to the victory. Busy with his national duty, Shikar Dhawan got little busy and late in wishing the Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan on his birthday. But he wished with an apology, acknowledging the mistake.

Aamir Khan turned 53 on March 14 has received birthday greetings on the social media from the movies and sports industries and as the clock was about to end and read at 12:00 AM, Dhawan came up with his wishes for the perfectionist and apologized for wishing late. “Happy birthday @aamir_khan bhai! Sorry for the late wishes, was busy with national duties hope you had a great day”, the tweet from the left-handed batsman came at 11:22 AM.

Here is how Aamir Khan replied to the tweet from the Indian opener.

Giving a nod to the proposal from Aamir Khan, Dhawan wrote back saying, “Yes, for sure Aamir bhai. Will get in touch with your next time I’m in Mumbai.”

Team India’s previous game was against Bangladesh and it was an important match for Team India to find a spot in the final of the ongoing Nidahas Trophy T20 tri-series. Since India won the game against Sri Lanka, the Men in Blue’s final spot is depended on the result of the match between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka on Friday to decide which team will face in the title decider. If the Friday’s match gets washed out, Sri Lanka will proceed to the final since it has a better run-rate than Bangladesh.
