India Loses Grip Over T20 One-Off To West Indies And Twitter Can’t Stop Trolling The Indian Players For The Same

With the series of victories in the ODI series, Indian team looked so good leaving people to believe that we’ll obviously win the tail match t20 one-off. But what happened now is something uncanny.

Everything has happened according to our expectations until Indies’ batsman Evin Lewis unveiled his best. Earlier it was assumed that India’s gigantic 190 in 20 overs is pretty enough to handle for the Caribbeans and that’s where we were wrong.

The most expected strike rate from Chris Gayle didn’t form shape, but surprisingly it was Lewis who stole the show all the way getting along with his amusing 125*. Indies ended up grabbing the match within 18.7 overs losing only one wicket.

It was Lewis’ 52 balls ton that turned the game upside down. Surprisingly it is his second century in t20, meanwhile, the first one is also against India, making this the sixth fastest.

Meanwhile, on the Indian side, almost every batsman added utmost 30 runs to the team, in average. But, Dinesh Karthik’s performance was exemplary. With three sixes and five fours, Karthik pulled off the pace with 48 runs in 29 balls.

Despite the various efforts from him, Indian bowlers failed to send off the Caribbean hitters to the pavilion, losing the match at mere 19th over. And it was Twitterati’s turn to rope in enough humor by taking digs at the Indian players.

Rishabh Pant’s drag on the pitch, his unstable run time that resulted in Dhawan losing his wicket and Dhoni’s dismissal, with various unfortunate things, Twitterati found it easy to troll players blue and black.
