Recently, a lucky fan was spotted with MS Dhoni in Bengaluru and his short story will inspire you to never give up and try hard to get what you want. When a person meets his idol and holding his emotion is not too easy when he really love and follow them passionately.

Qasim Adil is the lucky fan from Bengaluru who met Dhoni ahead of India vs Australia ODI at 28th September. His picture is circulating on the internet as he broke down after meeting his hero. When asked him about his meeting with MSD, he said what all he went through to share a frame with his idol.

It was not easy to get clicked with Mahi and give him his handwritten letter.

Here’s How Wasim Met MS Dhoni:

“He was in Bangalore for four days. I went daily to his hotel, Ritz Carlton. Tough luck! I waited 8 hours for him every day but failed to get a glimpse of him. I used to sit in the lobby, gym, even outside the swimming pool and spa. Not only hotel, I even tried in the practice session in the stadium. I wanted to try everything which was possible to meet him (Dhoni),” he said.

Adding, how he finally managed to meet him after a bit of inquiry, Adil said,

“Then I tried meeting him on the match day, in the morning. I enquired that he eats his breakfast at 10 am, so I decided to went to the hotel in the early morning at 6 am and waited for four long hours. And then I saw MSD coming, I couldn’t control. I was eating and I left the plate. He was sitting near the bar, so I got up and went there. I had to wait and stand right next to his table for 45 mins, as he had four security guards for him.”

“So I started crying because they didn’t allow me to meet MS. Then I told the guards that I have been running for him for last four days and I can’t stay back now. I also showed them what I have got for Dhoni sir. Then one of the guards said he will talk to Dhoni first. I waited there until he finished his chat with MSD and then I saw Dhoni sir getting up from his breakfast.”

“People ran to him for photos and my heart was beating fast, as I didn’t want to lose this opportunity. But a miracle happened, Dhoni sir approached to me and I couldn’t control and burst into tears. Then he was like, ‘why are you crying?’ and he hugged me. I gave him the letter and he took it and replied ‘Thank You!’,” Qasim signed off with a happy ending.

Qasim would never forget this moment forever in his entire life. Dhoni has always been very vocal in showing his support for the fans.
