Sreesanth Takes A Dig At CSK’s Comeback, Says That BCCI Is Not Above God

The incident that has shaken the 2013 IPL is still haunting Sreesanth, after a considerable time lapse it feels like something good has finally happened, as Kerala High Court has passed a statement claiming that the ban on this ace bowler might be lifted if BCCI has to consider it.

Meanwhile, on Friday, this Kerala bowler vowed to make a competitive comeback, with no concern from BCCI. However, the BCCI’s decision to appeal against the lifting of the life ban on the tainted pacer is already on the table.

This news surfaced the Internet soon after BCCI on Thursday decided to appeal to the Division Bench of Kerala High Court against lifting of life ban on the 34-year-old. Soon after which Sreesanth has tweeted:

“@bcci I’m not begging ,I’m asking to give my livelihood back .its my right. U guys are not above God. I will play again..???????????”

With the thoughts of being helpless, Sreesanth further tweeted, “Cmon @bcci this is worst u can do to anyone that too who is proven innocent not just once but again and again..don’t know why u doing this?,”

Now, post these, he then took a sly dig at the comeback on the IPL enterprises Chennai Super Kings (CSK) & Rajasthan Royals (RR).

Earlier in 2013 the ban imposed by BCCI on Sreesanth was for lifetime. Last Monday, a single judge bench of the Kerala High Court had passed an order that the bowler’s life ban be lifted. However, the BCCI is firm on its stand that they will not allow the speedster to make an immediate comeback.

As of now, Sreesanth has played 27 Tests, 53 ODIs and 10 T20 internationals for India with his last international appearance being in 2011.
