Team India Spent Some Quality Time Off The Field After Pune Disaster

India cricket team players went for a hike in the Western Ghats on Monday, most probably to take their minds off one of their worst defeats at home last week. Australia beat India by 333 runs in Pune to take a 1-0 lead in the four-match Test series.

The second Test begins in Bengaluru on Saturday but since the first Test ended within three days, the India players utilized the extra time to give themselves a break.  Hence, they are now enjoying some valuable time away from all the things.

Check out the pictures the cricketers shared on social media:

India captain Virat Kohli posted a picture of him, dressed in a tee and shorts with a backpack, sitting on top of a mountain with a beautiful view of the range as the backdrop.

Ravindra Jadeja tagged his location as the Tamhini Ghat trek, which is located around 80 kilometers from Pune.

Ajinkya Rahane enjoyed a beautiful sunset with wife, Radhika Dophavkar.

Ravichandran Ashwin:

Jadeja also used the hashtag ‘teamactivity’, suggesting that this was a planned trip by the team. BCCI also tweeted the team activity on its official twitter account.
