Earlier, Manish Pandey’s epic 18 runs in 2 balls started the whole cricket watchers and here’s another incident where Delhi Daredevils’ all-rounder Chris Morris played some amazing innings amusing the whole crowd at the ground and the eyes in front of the screen.

Morris single-handedly managed to sweep of the massive 38 runs within 9 balls. This epic gameplay helped Daredevils in clinching the match against Rising Pune Supergiants at Maharashtra Cricket Association.

Chris Morris landed on the pitch at 6 and never looked back from the beginning itself. He started with a four against the ace bowler Adam Zampa, then smashed a giant six and again a four. And in the following over, Morris took a dig ending up his reign like a boss.

His masterclass hitting on the ground helped the team in scoring out the good 200. Morris’ incredible shots were unstoppable even by the prominent bowler Ben Stokes.

Chris Morris’ strike-rate of 422.22 in the innings is the highest strike-rate in IPL so far, in an innings of 25 or more runs. In all Twenty20 cricket, there have been only three innings of 25-plus at a higher strike-rate. In the courtesy of Morris and Samson’s blitz, in the end, DD added 76 runs in the final four overs and finished with 205 for four. Which made them quite out of sight.
