Yuvraj Singh Hits Back At Media On Twitter Over His ‘Angry Gesture’ In The Event

Yuvraj Singh took to Twitter to clarify the speculation about his anger during an event at the media persons. It was written that Yuvraj seemed to be upset and showed his anger on the media when he was asked about Virat Kohli’s captaincy.

During the charity dinner for underprivileged children hosted by Virat Kohli Foundation in Mumbai, Yuvraj attended the event and supported Virat Kohli. Post the event, he spoke about the event with the media persons.

Yuvraj was asked to comment on the speculation that the Indian limited-overs captaincy is to be taken over by Virat Kohli from MS Dhoni. Yuvraj didn’t seem to be interested in answering the question and avoided to answer. Instead, he replied, ‘I am here to talk about the event but not about cricket.’

Yuvraj’s straight forward reply was mistaken by the media and explained it as an angry gesture from the left hander. The veteran took to Twitter to explain his reaction towards the media in the event. His tweet read: “Kya Galat Bola Ji I’m here to talk about the event, not cricket !not angry at all just being professional! Kuch Bhi.”

Earlier, Yuvraj also participated in the charity football match organized to raise funds to the people of Maharashtra.
