SS Rajamouli’s “Baahubali – The Conclusion” is one of the most awaited movies of the year 2017. Fans all over the world are eagerly waiting for the movie to release.

It’s no doubt that the climax of “Baahubali: The beginning” has left everyone curious with a unanimous question on – Why did Kattapa kill Baahubali?

The wait to know the answer to this epic question was quite long and fans did everything possible to get to the bottom of the reason. When people repeatedly asked about the same Rana said: “We are filming the answer” in a funny manner.

But it looks like, Kattappa is now willing to answer this highly debated question and bring an end to the fans’ prolonged wait.

Sathyaraj Explains Why Did Kattappa Kill Baahubali?

On a famous chat show with Anupama Chopra, the veteran actor Sathyaraj, who plays Kattappa in Baahubali, finally answered this question put forward on the sets of the sequel.

He chuckled and said, “Because my director told me to.” Well, we have already heard this answer from the director SS Rajamouli in an interview last year and its quite apt that the actor did what his director asked him to do.

When digged further, Sathyaraj revealed that he has been asked this question a million number of times till now and it doesn’t affect him anymore.

He adds,

“Everyone in the world is asking me the same thing that why Kattappa killed Baahubali. I don’t even get irritated by that question. I have not even told my family about it. I have been in the industry for over 40 years. It is not ethical to reveal climax or the crucial part of the story. I knew the character would become famous but had no idea that it would gain so much popularity across the nation. Even memes were being made on the different situations. Like when demonetisation happened, there were memes on my character and the question that why Kattappa killed Baahubali. I feel happy about it.”

Well, it became evident that they had to wait for the sequel to find the answer to this question. Baahubali: The Conclusion is finally going to release on April 28, 2017. The film stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tammannah in pivotal roles.
